Shipping policy

At Argenté Elegancé, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 2–5 business days within Sweden and 5–10 business days for international orders. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance for international orders. All packages are securely packed, but if your item arrives damaged, please refer to our return and refund policy. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
